Applications for Phoenix Horizon Community for fall 2023 are being accepted through April 1, 2023. Students will need to complete the student application, have guardian complete the guardian/parent/mentor recommendation, and ask a staff member at their home school to complete the staff recommendation portion. After spring break we will invite students who have completed all parts to come to PHC for a visit and short interview. Students will learn if they are accepted to PHC before they leave for summer break.
